Selling cheese

We produce cheese from goat milk. The milk comes entirely and exclusively from our farm and it is used to produce raw paste cheese after every milking.

We produce different kind of cheeses with different aging times without using any processing aids other than rennet: fresh caprino, formaggella, herbs cheese, grignone, …

The production is seasonal, just like on a mountain pasture, and it lasts from April to October.

You can buy our products at our farm shop, which is open from Tuesday to Sunday during the period of production. We are closed on Monday.
